PEP is located on the southwest corner of Broad and Federal Streets in South Philadelphia. The main entrance is located off Federal Street through the gate and courtyard. Street parking can be found on Broad or Federal, or on Carlisle behind PEP (west of Broad off Federal). Parking availability varies with the time of day. As a last resort, parking is granted by our neighbor, Wacovia Bank, in its rear lot off Federal Street (East of Broad St.).
