Adult Literacy Programs
PEP's Adult Literacy Programs are year-round and serve students who need to improve their low literacy skills to succeed with employment. Students include:
- Those already working, who want to obtain additional skills in order to qualify for a more challenging or desirable job
- Those who have lost jobs because they lack specific functional skills
- Likely candidates for community employment who need literacy skills
- Those who need to prepare for the GED test
There are three types of classes. Please click on any link below to learn about each program:
- Adult Basic Education Night School for people with developmental disabilities
- Community Adult Basic Education for people without developmental disabilities
- The Move-Up Program for people without developmental disabilities
